Bhojpuri Association of India (BHAI) grants affiliations subject to fulfillment of all pre-application and evaluation criteria by the BHAI Affiliation Board of Members.  Once your application is approved, BHAI will notify you in email or postal mail. Affiliation may be awarded to other Bhojpuri societies, non-profit organizations, corporate entities, Media companies, Educational Institutions, Academic Programs, and Special Interest Groups in Bhojpuri, Bhojpuri Web portals and other groups that have sufficiently demonstrated excellence or contributions to the field of Bhojpuri language and culture or have benefitted the Bhojpuri community on the whole.

Affiliation-seeking entities must provide proof and sufficient documentation to apply as BHAI Affiliate

1. Promote Bhojpuri language, culture, literature and Bhojpuri art or works
2. Supported in the digitization of Bhojpuri books and content on web or academia
3. Known for organizing Bhojpuri events regularly on an annual basis
4. Conducted or Sponsored Bhojpuri learning programs in India or abroad
5. Organized Fund raisers for life improving quality of life in Bhojpuri districts
6. Conducted annual seminars or guest lectures on Bhojpuri history, language, culture
7. Established Bhojpuri courses in colleges/universities
8. Supported Community Development Projects in Bhojpuri districts
9. Promoted Bhojpuri festivals or mass events to strengthen and keep Bhojpuri spirit alive
10. Help connect people in tracing their ancestral origin to Bhojpuri lands or roots
11. Launched successful Bhojpuri Media projects, films or albums without vulgarity
12. Known popularly for making the presence of Bhojpuri felt on the Internet
13. Provided employment to Bhojpuri society members through any entrepreneurship initiatives
14. Provided Educational Awareness and Career Guidance for Bhojpuri community
15. Strongly supported BHAI’s mission and objectives through any programs

Note:  Individuals are excluded from seeking BHAI affiliations, only non-individual proven entities are eligible. Bhojpuri members may opt to become BHAI Patrons on an individual level instead.
